GE Vernova以全新品牌形象亮相第六届中国国际进口博览会，展出了一系列引领能源转型新纪元的创新成果，并与国内领军能源企业缔结多项合作，全面展现了长期植根中国市场的坚定承诺，以及通过完备业务组合助力中国新型电力系统建设的不懈努力。

GE Vernova, a global energy leader with a new brand identity, is presenting its latest products and solutions at the sixth China International Import Expo and has forged new agreements with Chinese companies, showcasing its commitment to the Chinese market and its efforts to support the construction of China's new power system through its comprehensive business portfolio.

按照计划，GE Vernova将于2024年第二季度初完成拆分、独立运营。作为一家全面关注能源转型的新公司，GE Vernova将以超过130年的经验传承和领先技术为起点，凭借独有、完备的能源业务组合为全球能源转型提供因地制宜的综合解决方案。 目前，世界30%的电力由GE Vernova的设备提供。

As GE expects to complete its spin-off in the early second quarter of 2024, GE Vernova is the planned stand-alone company that brings together the collective power of GE’s energy business portfolio.

With more than 130 years of experience and innovation, the company is serious about its responsibility on leading energy transition as a technology provider which helps deliver 30 percent of the world’s electricity.

“We firmly believe that a complementary approach combining gas and renewable power generation is one of the most effective and sustainable ways for China to achieve its ambitious goals of peaking carbon before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060,” he said.

他还指出，新型电力系统的建设需要兼顾可再生能源带来的间歇性，这亟需更完善的电价体系和灵活的调峰系统。燃气轮机发电具有灵活性和低排放的特点，抽水蓄能则具备成熟灵活的调峰能力，它们正在成为中国电力系统中不可或缺的组成部分。

The transition to the new power system in China, coupled with the intermittence of renewable energy, demands better systems for price reporting and real-time supply-demand adjustments.

Gas power generation’s flexibility and low emissions, along with the versatility of pumped storage, are becoming essential components of China’s power system, he added.

GE Vernova’s gas power business plays a crucial role in the Asian and Chinese markets, providing a wide range of gas power generation products and services to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of gas power plants.

GE Vernova的燃气发电业务为中国110多家客户运营的240多套燃气轮机提供服务，装机容量约50吉瓦；其6F.03燃气轮机、航改型燃气轮机以及快速发展的HA级重型燃气轮机，将为中国新型电力系统建设和低碳发电目标实现提供灵活、有力的支撑。

This business unit provides services for more than 110 customers who operate up to more than 240 gas turbines with a total installed capacity of 50 gigawatts in China.

GE Vernova’s 6F.03 gas turbine, aeroderivative gas turbine, as well as the fast-growing HA heavy-duty gas turbine, are well positioned to support China’s new power system and low-carbon power generation goals.

在第六届进博会期间，GE Vernova成功达成多项重要合作，包括中国华电集团有限公司天津军粮城9HA.01燃机长期服务协议以及六台航改型燃机设备供货合同，国投电力控股股份有限公司国投吉能（舟山）燃气发电项目两台9HA.02燃机订单合同等。

At the sixth CIIE, the company secured various orders, including a Contractual Service Agreement with China Huadian Corp for its 9HA.01 fleet installed at Tianjin Junliangcheng Gas Power Plant; an equipment order for six aeroderivative gas turbines; and the provision of two 9HA.02 gas turbines for the State Development and Investment Corp’s Jineng (Zhoushan) project.

在本届进博会上，GE Vernova还展出了能源转型沙盘、HA级燃气轮机模型、抽水蓄能转轮模型和应用于抽水蓄能电站的发电机出口断路器模型。

GE Vernova is also exhibiting an energy transition sand table, HA Class gas turbine model, PSP runner model and GCB model at the CIIE.

作为最早进入中国市场的能源设备制造及服务商之一，GE Vernova在中国拥有10多个办公室和制造基地，员工总数超过5,000人。

As one of the first global energy equipment and service providers to enter the Chinese market, the company has more than 5,000 employees in more than 10 offices and manufacturing sites across the country.

While continuing to bring the most suitable technology and equipment to China, GE Vernova has also entered long-term and diversified collaborations with leading local companies in the industry and has widely shared its expertise and management experience with them,” Singaram said.

公司与哈电集团有超过20年的合作关系。两家公司共同成立的哈电通用燃气轮机有限公司于2020年投入运营，成为GE Vernova在亚洲唯一的重型燃气轮机制造基地。

The company has a partnership with Harbin Electric Corporation lasting more than 20 years. General Harbin Electric Gas Turbine, the joint venture established by two sides, was put into operation in 2020, creating the only heavy-duty gas turbine manufacturing base of GE Vernova in Asia.

该合资企业的目标是通过落实9HA燃气轮机中使用的关键技术，在中国实现重型燃气轮机的本地化。首台国产HA级燃机于2023年2月在GE Vernova与哈电集团合资组建的哈电通用燃气轮机（秦皇岛）有限公司成功下线。截至8月底，该合资企业已经交付了三台 9HA 燃气轮机。

The joint venture’s goal is to localize heavy-duty gas turbines in China by implementing key technologies used in 9HA gas turbines. The first 9HA gas turbine made in China rolled off the line in February 2023. By end of August, three such turbines produced by the joint venture had been delivered.
