阮强、靳芳任兰州市副市长
9月27日上午，兰州市十七届人大常委会第十五次会议召开。经会议表决，任命阮强、靳芳为兰州市人民政府副市长，任命李郁军为兰州市人民检察院副检察长；决定李郁军代理兰州市人民检察院检察长职务。
