财经网讯 9月8日，据“南京发布”消息，为贯彻落实中央关于全面支持居民刚性和改善性住房需求的要求，南京市在8月4日《进一步优化政策举措促进南京房地产市场平稳健康发展》基础上，结合市情实际，明确自9月8日起，玄武区、秦淮区、建邺区、鼓楼区等四区范围内购买商品房不再需要购房证明。
