据华光海运及中船租赁官微，8月21日，由华光海运、中国船舶集团（香港）航运租赁有限公司及中国燃气控股有限公司成立合资公司SEA JADE INVESTMENT LIMITED。同日，合资方于大连造船厂签署2+2艘175,000立方米液化天然气运输船建造合同，预计2027年交付。
