中证网讯（记者 董添）海格通信3月15日晚间公告，公司拟定增募资不超过20亿元，用于“北斗 +5G”通导融合研发产业化项目、无人信息产业基地项目、天枢研发中心建设暨卫星互联网研发项目。发行对象为包括公司控股股东无线电集团及其全资子公司平云产投在内的不超过三十五名投资者。
