乌克兰国家通讯社当地时间2月15日报道称，自乌克兰政府1月30日启动免费更换旧白炽灯为新型节能LED灯计划以来，乌克兰民众已经更换了大约500万盏灯。
乌政府的目标是替换5000万只白炽灯，这将有助于节省电力消耗。
报道称，该计划是在欧盟的资助下进行的，旨在惠及约1000万乌克兰人，每人可以免费更换五盏LED灯。（总台记者 王晋燕）
