东软载波2月15日披露投资者关系活动记录表显示，国网总计约4.7-5亿只表，已完成单模载波通信更换约一半左右，剩余预计2-3年完成双模更换。除国网HPLC芯片外，公司已研发并量产针对PLC-IoT专用芯片SSC1670，与华为方案兼容。
