台湾《经济日报》1月4日消息，台积电合作伙伴，精密零件、自动化制程设备厂和椿科技今日发布重大讯息，由于前任董事长张永昌过世，将由程天纵接任董事长一职，法人董事由和椿行销顾问董事长陈怡君担任。程天纵曾担任富士康集团副总裁、德州仪器亚洲区总裁。
