据路透社报道，根据当地时间12月23日晚些时候发布的一项法令，匈牙利政府将根据药品生产商2022年和2023年的净收入对其征收暴利税。当药品生产商的净收入超过1500亿福林（约合3.9836亿美元），税率将为8%。这些公司需要在明年支付2022年和2023年的新暴利税。
