齐鲁网·闪电新闻12月21日讯近日，记者在东营市政府官网了解到，有市民于12月10日提问称，下个月就过年了，可以放鞭炮吗？
东营市公安局于12月14日回复称，根据《东营市烟花爆竹燃放管理暂行办法》，全市禁燃禁放区域内可以燃放烟花爆竹的时间共有7天，分别是农历腊月二十三、除夕至正月初五、正月十五。截至目前，我们没有接到禁燃禁放的相关通知。
