上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）海航控股公告，天津航空系公司的参股公司，公司持有其47.82%股权，公司关联方海航航空集团持有其48.00%股权。海航航空集团拟向海口臻平投资有限责任公司转让天津航空47.91%股权，交易金额1元人民币。经综合考虑天津航空实际情况及公司整体发展规划，公司决定放弃该等股权的优先购买权。
