12月5日，厦门火炬高新区管委会、集美区政府与阳光七星投资集团“云上”签订合作协议，集兆嘉全球性生产管理基地暨全球数字虚拟工厂营运中心项目落户集美软件园三期，拟建设集兆嘉全球生产管理基地、销售和结算总部以及技术支持与售后服务中心。
