国际金融协会日前发布的报告显示，第三季度全球债务规模减少６．４万亿美元，降至２９０万亿美元，新兴市场的总体债务水平也有所下降。不过，新兴市场的债务与国内生产总值之比，却回升至历史高位。新兴市场和一些低收入家庭和企业面临着严重的债务压力。
