华夏银行11月25日公告，公司拟向北京首侨创新置业有限公司定制购买数字科技大厦，交易价款金额为人民币45.2亿元。首侨是首建投的全资子公司，首建投由首钢集团100%控股。首钢集团为持有公司5%以上股份的股东，首侨的实际控制人是首钢集团，根据相关规定，首侨构成公司关联方。
