观点新媒体了解到，本期债券简称“PR梧州01”，发行总额5亿元，票面利率为7.95%，期限10年。
本期债券设置本金提前偿还条款，在债券存续期的第3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10年末逐年分别按本金总额10%、10%、10%、10%、15%、15%、15%、15%的比例偿还本金及当期利息。
