徐永龙，男，汉族，笔名:小龙，1971年1月生于江苏省淮阴市（现淮安市），现定居上海，上海周慧珺艺术研习社社员、 幼承家教，酷爱书法、自颜柳入手，上溯秦碑刻、下及明清手扎，于张猛龙、张黑女北碑用功尤勤，1989年以来有数十幅作品在全国大赛中获奖。
现为:
中国美术家协会会员、
中国工艺美术学会会员、
中国硬笔书法协会会员、
