北京时间11月16日，雅诗兰黛集团宣布以28亿美元（约合人民币197.24亿元）收购美国设计师品牌Tom Ford，收购包含Tom Ford的成衣、配饰和美妆业务。
交易预计在2023年上半年完成。设计师Tom Ford预计在2023年年底离任。未来Tom Ford美妆业务将由雅诗兰黛集团直接运营，成衣业务和眼镜配饰业务将分别和杰尼亚集团以及Marcolin集团合作运营。
