上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）香农芯创公告，公司参股公司甬矽电子（宁波）股份有限公司首次公开发行6000万股，其中4,558.5134万股将于2022年11月16日起在上海证券交易所科创板上市交易。截至公告日，公司持有甬矽电子761万股股份，占其发行后总股本的1.87%。
