据路透社当地时间11月10日报道，美国得克萨斯州沃思堡联邦地区法院法官马克·皮特曼（Mark Pittman）裁定，拜登政府的学生贷款债务减免计划违反宪法，必须撤销，拜登政府可以对此判决提出上诉。
据悉，拜登政府推出的学生贷款债务减免计划已于10月21日被联邦上诉法院暂时阻止。（央视记者 刘旭）
