近日，富士康也在通过高额奖金，鼓励员工到岗。在富士康iDPBG事业群（从事手机生产的事业群），10月26日至11月11日期间正常出勤的员工，依据出勤天数可享受最高1500元的全勤奖金，随后这一奖金被提高到每天400元，一个月全勤最高可得1.5万元。
