鞠函函

鞠函函,29岁,现于管道局重点项目负责自动化仪表调试工作。她勇于挑战,作为项目中唯一的女同志自愿前往高原艰苦地区从事调试工作。截至目前,她已经在超过3700米海拔的高原地区连续工作超过3个月,并于2021年荣获龙慧公司“优秀共产党员”荣誉称号。

Ju Hanhan, 29 years old, is a commissioning engineer of automatic instruments in the key projects of CPP. She dared to challenge herself. As the only female employee in the project, she voluntarily went to the plateau area with poor nature conditions for commissioning work. So far, she has been working continuously for more than 3 months in the plateau area with an altitude of more than 3700 meters. She was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Member of CPC by the company in 2021.

作为2019年入职的青年员工,我工作以来切身感受到管道局和龙慧公司在培养新员工方面的良苦用心。公司推出“师带徒”政策,在安排优秀的老员工为新员工答疑解惑的同时,还鼓励新员工深入到一线学习专业技术,通过不断实践提高各方面的综合能力,使新员工得以快速成长。

As a young employee who joined the CPP in 2019, I have personally felt that CPP and the company are cultivating new employees attentively. The company not only launched the policy of "mentor train apprentice", which assigned excellent and experienced old employees as mentors answer questions for new employees, but also encouraged the new employees to the front line of the projects to learn professional skills and improved their comprehensive ability in all aspects through continuous practice, so that the new employees can grow up quickly.

武玉宪

武玉宪,36岁,现从事技术创新与产品研发工作。自2011年参加工作以来,他作为项目经理圆满完成了公司多个重点项目的实施,曾获得河北省“新时代冀青之星”,管道局“优秀员工”“青年岗位能手”“HSE先进个人”,龙慧公司“优秀科技工作者”等10余项荣誉称号。

Wu Yuxian, 36 years old, is now engaged in technological innovation and product R&D. Since joining the work in 2011, he has successfully completed the implementation of many key projects of the company as a project manager, and won more than ten honorary titles such as New Era Outstanding Youth of Hebei Province, Excellent Employee, Youth Elite, Outstanding Individual in HSE of CPP, and Excellent Technical Personnel of the company.

杨淞凯

杨淞凯,30岁。2015年入职后,他扎根项目一线,牵头完成了中俄东线南段、尼贝管道等项目系统规划设计工作,参与完成了智慧管网规划咨询工作30余项,曾获得河北省“新时代冀青之星”荣誉称号。

Yang Songkai, 30 years old. Since joining the work in 2015, he took the lead in completing the system planning and design of the southern section of the China-Russia Eastern Route and the Niger to Benin Crude Oil Export Pipeline Project and participated in the completion of more than 30 smart pipe network planning and consulting work. He was awarded the honorary title of New Era Outstanding Youth by Hebei Province.

作为一名普通员工,我深刻感受到公司及领导对人才培养的重视。一方面,公司为新员工制定了详细的培养计划,鼓励员工扎根一线,从基础上了解真实的现场业务及客户需求;另一方面,公司关注员工成长,常态化组织公司述职及培训,根据员工特点因材施教,给予员工不同的职业发展通道,推动人才向能力本位、价值本位发展。

As an ordinary employee, I deeply feel that the company and leaders attach great importance to talent training. 刘欢,32岁,现任龙慧公司北京分公司能力中心主任。自2014年参加工作以来,他一直从事油气储运行业信息化、智能化研究和推广工作,曾获得管道局“优秀科技青年”“青年岗位能手”等荣誉称号。

Liu Huan,32 years old, is the incumbent director of Competence Center of Longhui Company Beijing Branch. Since joining the work in 2014,he has been engaged in the research and promotion of informatization and intelligence in the oil and gas storage and transportation industry. He was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Science and Technology Youth and Youth Elite by CPP.

裴正超,40岁,现担任信息技术事业部项目经理。自2010年参加工作以来,他一直负责信息系统建设工作,带领团队完成了多个局内外信息化重点项目,多次获得管道局“信息化先进个人”荣誉称号。

Pei Zhengchao, 40 years old, is the project manager of the information technology business department. He has been taking charge of the information system construction since 2010 when he joined CPP. He led the team to complete several key informatization projects inside and outside CPP, and has been awarded the honor of Outstanding Individual in Informatization by CPP for many times.
