乐居财经 邓如菲9月28日消息，企查查显示宝能商业有限公司法定代表人从“张保文”变更为“王志芳”。
宝能商业成立于2010年4月6日，法定代表人为王志芳，注册资本为3亿元，经营范围包括商业管理；企业管理咨询；投资兴办实业（具体项目另行申报）；日用百货的批发与购销等。该公司由宝能控股（集团）有限公司间接持股100%。目前该公司有7家对外投资企业，包括扬州市宝能置业有限公司等。
