张家港行9月22日公告，公司已收到中国人民银行关于同意公司发行金融债券的准予行政许可决定书。根据中国人民银行《准予行政许可决定书》，同意公司在全国银行间市场及境外市场发行金融债券，2022年金融债券新增余额不应超过10亿元，年末金融债券余额不超过75亿元。行政许可有效期为2022年9月20日至2022年12月31日，在有效期内可自主选择分期发行时间。
