凯龙股份9月20日公告，公司控股子公司凯龙楚兴拟以自有资金不超过200万元投资设立全资子公司湖北凯晖化工有限公司(暂定名，以下简称"凯晖化工")，由该子公司承接凯龙楚兴合成氨甲醇事业部资产、负债、权益、业务和人员。承接后凯晖化工拟设最终注册资本不超过5亿元。
