百老汇宣布：《歌剧魅影》，永久停演！

据美国《纽约时报》报道，纽约百老汇史上最长演出时间的音乐剧《歌剧魅影》 （Phantom of the Opera）宣布将永久停演。

喜欢音乐剧的小伙伴想必都听说过《歌剧魅影》，其中的许多经典台词至今都广为流传：

《歌剧魅影》改编自加斯东·勒鲁的恐怖小说，由作曲家安德鲁·劳埃德·韦伯、导演哈尔·普林斯和制片人卡梅伦·麦金托什创作，自1988年1月上演，是百老汇上演时间最长也是最著名的节目。

Ticket sales had slowed for Broadway shows during the pandemic and Phantom of the Opera was no exception, recently dropping from 255,000 weekly attendees in May to about 180,000 attendees in September, according to The Broadway League.

International productions of the show will continue, the Mandarin-language version is slated to debut in China in 2023 and a Spanish-language venture with Antonio Banderas has been announced.
