9月19日，长春市规自局发布了绿园区城西镇控规5单元，乙三街以东，丙二十三街以西，乙九路以南，丙三十五路以北地块控制性详细规划调整公布。将占地21.72万平方米的一类物流仓储用地调整为商业商务用地，其中调整后A-2地块占地2.3万平米，容积率＜1.2，建筑高度＜24米。B地块占地19.42万平米，容积率＜1.5，建筑高度＜45米。该地块曾于今年的6月15日首次进行了调整公示，本次正式确立。
