8月6日，凉山彝族自治州宁南县桑枝食用菌研发基地内，大棚中的桑枝猴头菇、桑枝姬菇等7种菌类正在“茁壮生长”。将桑枝打成粉末后，结合玉米芯等配料做成的菌包，通常可以生长出7批、共计3斤左右的菌菇。当前，菌菇时价4元至8元一斤不等。
