济南小清河南路该管管了
这是小清河南路一幕，这个地方工程修了两个月了，占了一个车道，每天早上这里都堵车，这个地方整修占了一半路，双向车走比较困难，旁边人行道上长期停放有车辆！
行人也不安全，还给车里带来麻烦。
希望交警部门能管理下
