血管紧张素II（AGII）
是肾素-血管紧张素系统的主要生物活性成分，有助于调节血管紧张度、盐水平衡以及血压。
通过渗透泵连续输送高剂量的AGII可以迅速诱导大鼠血压升高。
它还与心脏肥大和纤维化有关，并能激活心脏、血管壁、大脑中与氧化应激有关的途径。
