陈泊微，男，1925年生于辽宁省庄河县。曾就读于长春法政大学和长春大学。1954年由东北日报社调入人民日报社，曾任人民日报国际部副主任，先后于1965年9月～1966年12月、1979年9月～1983年1月两次任《人民日报》驻日记者。2014年12月辞世，享年89岁。
