新娱科控股7月27日港交所公告，相比截至2021年6月30日止六个月的约人民币730万元的溢利净额，集团预期截至2022年6月30日止六个月期间将录得约1800万元的亏损净额。公告称，该预期亏损主要是由于中国国家新闻出版署的预审批程序延长，市场上推出的新游戏大幅减少，导致集团的游戏发行服务收益减少。
