辽宁卫健委通报，7月10日0-24时，辽宁省新增2例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（含1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例）、新增3例境外输入无症状感染者，均为沈阳市报告。解除医学观察本土无症状感染者3例。
截至7月10日24时，全省累计报告确诊病例1723例（含境外输入219例），治愈出院1716例，死亡2例，在院治疗5例（均为境外输入）。目前，尚在医学观察的无症状感染者44例（本土34例、境外输入10例）。
