当地消息人士称，7 月 7 日至 8 日晚上，一支载有装甲车和自行火炮的大型车队进入叙利亚境内，然后前往 Tel Rifaat 市。
早些时候，土耳其当局宣布他们打算对库尔德游击队的部队进行军事行动。
