北京商报讯（记者 董亮 丁宁）7月8日晚间，新洋丰（000902）发布公告称，拟使用自有资金5.35亿元收购保康竹园沟矿业有限公司（以下简称"竹园沟矿业"）100%股权。收购完成后，竹园沟矿业将成为公司全资子公司。
新洋丰表示，通过收购竹园沟矿业100%股权，可以进一步稳定公司磷矿石供应、增强公司磷矿石储备，强化产业链一体化的优势，为降低生产成本带来积极的影响。
