心脏骤停(cardia carrest，CA)是指心脏射血功能突然停止，导致心脏骤停的病理生理机制最常见的是快速室性心律失常(室颤和室速)，其次为缓慢性心律失常或心脏停搏， 较少见的为无脉性电活动。心脏骤停具有突发性和不可预知性，因此临床医师需要掌握引起心脏骤停的原因有哪些。
