立方制药6月19日公告，近日，公司收到国家药监局下发的甲磺酸多沙唑嗪原料药上市登记申请《受理通知书》。甲磺酸多沙唑嗪为选择性α1-肾上腺受体阻滞剂，临床用于治疗原发性轻-中度高血压以及良性前列腺增生。甲磺酸多沙唑嗪由美国Pfizer公司开发，目前仅美国Pfizer公司和立方制药拥有甲磺酸多沙唑嗪渗透泵控释制剂在市产品。
