官方公告中写道：“经俱乐部研究决定，新赛季聘请丁伟指导担任山东高速篮球俱乐部男篮助理教练，协助主教练王晗做好球队的训练和比赛工作。王晗、丁伟指导将于6月9日到达济南，与球队汇合。”
