证券时报e公司讯，赞宇科技(002637)6月6日晚间公告，公司拟将其持有的赞宇检测55%股权以7425万元出售给河南捷顿检测技术有限公司。本次交易完成后，赞宇检测将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。本次出售赞宇检测部分股权，是为了更好地集中精力聚焦主业，着力强化日化和油化两大业务板块。
