据了解，榆林“三馆”项目于2018年8月开工建设，目前主体建筑施工已经完成。“5·18”国际博物馆日当天，市文旅局、市公共文化服务中心还启动了“三馆”陈列布展、功能布局建议及文物、地方文献等征集工作。
