5月27日晚，金枫酒业发布公告称，公司董事会审议通过《关于选举公司董事长的议案》，选举唐文杰为公司董事长，任期自董事会审议通过之日起3年。同时，经董事会提名委员会提名，聘任唐文杰为公司总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起3年。
