5月27日，界面新闻获悉，近期，马来西亚国家石油化工集团签署了一份股权购买协议，收购Perstorp Holding AB的全部股权。该协议与欧洲私募股权公司PAI Partners旗下的Financiere Foret S.a.r.l公司签署。此次收购Perstorp集团的企业价值为23亿欧元（约合人民币160.8亿元）。
