近日，有市民询问位于临河街生产资料市场附近的烟厂宿舍有8栋居民楼现管道老化 上下水均已不行 不知是不是有拆迁的想法或者棚户区改造？
4月25日得到回复：市民反映的区域目前未列入长春市棚户区改造计划，但已列入2022年城镇老旧小区改造计划之内，计划2023年底完工。市民反映的问题也力争在城镇老旧小区改造工程中予以解决。
