俄罗斯卫星通讯社4月22日报道，法国总统马克龙则在接受《法兰西西部报》（Ouest France）采访时表示，如果没有俄罗斯天然气，欧洲将在下一个冬天面临问题。
他表示：“我们不会在2022年春季和夏季看到对俄罗斯实施天然气禁运的后果，但若是不再进口俄罗斯天然气，那么我们将在下一个冬天感遭受后果。”
