经研究决定，2022年余姚市体育中考时间确定为4月25日——4月29日（如遇特殊天气另作调整）。考试地点在技师学院（筹）。本次测试项目为：必测项目是长跑，男生1000米、女生800米。选测项目为50米跑、跳绳、立定跳远和足球运球。
