工商银行张店西城支行客户经理杨传霞在工作中真诚为客户着想，用心服务每位客户。2022年疫情期间，客户董女士家中出现紧急情况急需支付资金，杨传霞通过线上指导客户办理业务，帮助客户渡过难关。疫情缓解后，董女士亲自到网点送上一面锦旗表达谢意。
