智通财经APP讯，大成食品(03999)公布，于招标程序后，于2022年4月6日，公司的间接全资附属公司蚌埠大成与承建商(中标方)订立建设协议。
据此，承建商将以代价人民币1.788亿元向蚌埠大成提供食品加工厂的工厂厂房及冷库的建设服务。公告称，承建商须负责蚌埠大成位于中国安徽省蚌埠市固镇县，佔地面积约为57208.90平方米的食品加工厂的工厂厂房及冷库的建设工程。
