格隆汇3月31日丨吉翔股份(603399.SH)涨停，报27.37元，总市值139.2亿，换手率9%。公司公告称，全资子公司永杉锂业拟以增资扩股的方式引进战略投资人巴斯夫杉杉和蜂巢能源，增资金额为12,000万元。完成后，巴斯夫杉杉和蜂巢能源分别持有10%股份。
