台湾“中央社”2月15日消息，台积电、索尼半导体解决方案及日本电装今天共同宣布，日本电装将投资台积电和索尼在日本熊本县设立的合资公司日本尖端半导体生产公司（JASM），投资额达3.5亿美元，持股超过10%。
