乐居买房讯2月14日，根据360房产网数据显示，郑州上周二手房共成交828套。其中，成交套数最多的为2月10日，成交206套，成交区域依然为主城，金水区单日成交42套，占比最大为20.39%位居首位。
成交数据最低的为2月13日，单日成交9套，7套位于金水区。整体来说，二手房除周六周日外，工作日成交数据基本处于稳步环涨的趋势。但较整体行情来说，二手房市场目前仍处于低迷时期。
