综合日媒3日报道，日本自民党干事长茂木敏充的家人确诊感染新冠。茂木本人目前检测呈阴性。但是，由于很有可能被认定为密切接触者，茂木决定从3日晚间开始控制出行，在议员宿舍等待安排。
报道称，3日，茂木曾出席过派阀会议。目前他将控制出行，在住处远程办公。
